Fueled by faith and inspired by God's living sketchbook, artist Nancy Roux sees things.
Things inside of things.  Things often overlooked.

Just as a painter creates artwork with brush and canvas, Nancy creates artwork with a camera.  Her technique and style represent a radical departure from conventional photography.  It's a journey of discovery she embraces with a passion.  Her current body of work includes organic abstracts, nature and macro photography presented on canvas, infused on metal – or, an amalgam of the two.  Special edition works are frequently displayed on custom-crafted backings of wood and metal that enhance the originality of her work.

The award-winning artist has exhibited her work at several juried art shows, including Art-A-Fair Fine Art Festival, Beverly Hills artSHOW, Balboa Island Artwalk, Calabasas Fine Arts Festival, Fountain Festival of Arts and Crafts, Indian Wells Arts Festival, Litchfield Park Festival of Arts, Ojai Art in the Park, Redlands Festival of Arts, San Diego Festival of the Arts, and Southwest Arts Festival.  Nancy received back-to-back-to-back "Artist Choice" awards in 2013, 2014 and 2015, and her special edition "Panning for Gold" was awarded Best in Show at the "Movement" national juried gallery exhibition (January 2015) in Laguna Beach.

Nancy has a B.A. in Studio Art/ Graphic Design and Photography.  She has applied creative vision throughout a broad-spectrum career including corporate photography, freelance multimedia design and production, and key developmental roles in the training field.  Nancy is an Adobe Certified published author with over 20 years’ Photoshop experience to her credit.

Nancy, husband Joe, and their furry, four-legged children make their home in Southern California.
